Singer, songwriter, and creative producer Harmer Jays seamlessly weaves rich instrumentation, distinctive stylistic choices, and soaring vocals to craft a contemplative and intensively concentrated sonic flow.
Born in 1995 into a non-musical; working-class family, Harmer Jays unearthed his musical prowess later in life while attending City of Bath College. Initially, he served as the lead singer of indie-rock band ‘Tell The Hoi’, until enrolling at BIMM Bristol where he redirected his focus toward a solo music venture.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of James Blake, Joji, FKA Twigs, and Bon Iver, the 28-year-old has honed a keen focus on capturing poignant moments, evident in both his studio recordings and electrifying live performances.
